1.    Is it best to rub Boundless Tresses fully in the scalp or put on scalp and hair? Are the results the same?

~The key to Boundless Tresses is getting it on the scalp. The scalp is where Boundless Tresses wants to be. I find that doing a massage gets it all over the scalp, which is what you want. You do not have to do a massage it just helps distribute it everywhere. The results will not be the same if you are concentrating it on the hair itself.


2.    Is Boundless Tresses ok to use on my small child?                                                              ~Yes. I have used Boundless Tresses on my oldest daughter when she was three going on four with no problems. It has made her hair thicker and longer as well.

 

3.    Does Growth Specifics Revitalizing Hair Balm work the same as Boundless Tresses?                                                                                                                                                ~Yes, both products work to promote and speed up hair growth.  

 

4.    I did not get the results that I was expecting after using Boundless Tresses for (insert number here) weeks/months. Can I get a   refund?                                                                                                                   ~Because every product will not work the same for everybody we cannot guarantee results and due to that fact I cannot accept refunds

 

5.     When can I expect my package to arrive and what carrier do you use?                                                                                                                                                                                                  ~Please allow 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS for shipping. Business days are Monday thru Friday. However if there is a delay in shipping, a message will be posted on the Home Page of the website. The current method of delivery is USPS Priority 2-3 day delivery. This does not mean that you will receive your package in 2-3 days after you place your order.

 

6.    Do you accept money orders?                                                                                          ~We do accept money orders. Choose the Money Order for your payment option which will generate an invoice whit your order total. You can send the money order to:

7.    Do you offer rush shipping?
~No we do not.

 

8.    Why didn't I receive a receipt/delivery confirmation e-mail?                                                       ~It may be in your bulk or spam folder.

 

9.    I checked my tracking link and it reads "Item Returned to Sender." What happens next?                                                                                                                                              ~If an item is returned it means one of two things. Either an incorrect address was supplied to Growth Specifics or the item was left unclaimed by the recipient.

We only ship to the address that is provided by the customer; therefore in order to return the item the customer will pay to have the item re-shipped. Growth Specifics is not responsible for paying re-shipment costs due to an address that was supplied incorrectly. If you do not wish to pay the re-shipment fee then we will gladly issue a refund less the original shipping cost. In the case of an item left unclaimed the same also applies. If your item is returned please contact us at inquires@growthspecifics.com with your correct or alternate address for re-shipment.

 

10. Do you ship internationally and if so how much is it?                                                             ~Yes we do ship internationally. There is a flat rate of $40 for the shipping costs that will be applied to your order upon checkout.
