Sales Information
Website Payment: We accept Visa,
Mastercard and Discover payments through PayPal which is a secure online
payment processor.
Mail-in Payment:We accept Money
Orders only. Please do not send personal checks. If a personal check is
indeed sent, the check will not be cashed and the order will not be
processed. The total should include the product cost and shipping amount. If

Shipping: We ship USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Please note that while the standard USPS
Priority Mail delivery schedule is 2-3 business days, this is provided as an
estimate only, it is not a guarantee. Please contact USPS or your local post
office to verify their Priority Mail policy. Priority Mail deliveries may be
substantially delayed during the holiday season. USPS does not deliver mail on
federal holidays or when Post Offices are closed due to national disasters or
inclement weather.
Once your package has been shipped
you will be notified by e-mail with a Shipping Confirmation e-mail which will
include a tracking link to track your package. Please be sure to check your
Bulk/Spam folder as this e-mail may be filtered there.
Lead Time: Following placement of your Order,
please allow 5-7 business days for us to prepare your order for shipment
as our products are not stockpiled but are made to order. Business days are Monday thru Friday.
Cancellations: If you would like to cancel
your order, please notify us within 48 hours of order placement. Once an order
is shipped, the sale is considered final and cannot be cancelled.
Refunds & Returns: Due to the nature
of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds except under the
following conditions. We do not guarantee results as hair responds differently
to different products.
1. If an order is returned by USPS because of an error on your part such
as an inaccurate address or failure to claim a package held at the post office,
items will only be reshipped after receiving the shipping amount from you. The
order will not be sent until the shipping cost is paid. Orders cannot be
canceled at that time and no refunds will be issued.
2. If USPS has not confirmed delivery of your order or returned your order to
us due to an error on our part, you can choose to be fully refunded or have the
items reshipped free of charge.
*If several weeks have passed (see information on Priority Mail delays under
shipping information above) and USPS has not confirmed delivery, a full refund
will be issued. Please note that you will be obligated to return the package
unopened in the case that it arrives after the refund has been issued.
We do not issue refunds or accept returns for items purchased through other
vendors.
International Orders: We ship internationally to all countries. There is a flat
rate fee of $40 for shipping on all international orders. You may place your
order thru the website and the shipping charges will be applied to the order
total.
